Swellan Lough Feasibility Study – Public Consultation Event
Following on from stakeholder engagement in August and as part of the feasibility study Noel Brady of NJBA A+U consultants will present the draft feasibility study for Swellan Lough at a public event in the Johnston Library Events Space, Farnham Street, Cavan on Friday, 22 November 2024 from 2.15pm to 5pm.
The public's engagement with the preliminary public consultation for this project has greatly aided the consultants in developing emerging ideas and plans for the development of Swellan Lough. Anyone who would like to contribute a comment or suggestion, or make a constructive contribution to help further guide and finalise the design proposals will be able to make a submission at the public event or by email to parenthesisresearch@gmail.com between 22 November and 6 December 2024.
The draft study will also be available on Cavan County Council website from 22nd November at the link below:
Noel Brady will outline the draft study, answer questions, or discuss proposals for Swellan Lough at the public event.
The study is the result of work undertaken by a multidisciplinary team which included NJBA A+U, Bernard Seymour Landscape Architects, Brady Shipman Martin, and Parenthesis Research.
