Proposed Temporary Road Closure - Virginia Show

Temporary Closing of Roads pursuant to Section 75 of Roads Act 1993 and Article 12 of Road Regulations 1994

Notice is hereby given that Cavan County Council intends to close to public traffic the road described hereunder from 7am until 7pm on Saturday, 24 August 2024 to facilitate the Virginia Show.

Road(s) Closed:

L7127, New Street, Virginia, from the junction with the N3 to the Lakeshore.

Any objections to the above road closure should be lodged in writing with the undersigned not later than 5pm on Wednesday, 31st July 2024.

All enquiries regarding the temporary road closure should be directed to the Ballyjamesduff Municipal District office on 049 854 7013.
