Proposed Temporary Road Closure - L7591 Bogesky Road

Temporary Closing of Roads pursuant to Section 75 of Roads Act 1993 and Article 12 of Road Regulations 1994

Notice is hereby given that Cavan County Council intends to close to public traffic the roads described hereunder between the hours of 8am and 6pm on Thursday, 7 November 2024 to facilitate the installation of carriageway ducting in the townland of Bogesky on behalf of National Broadband Ireland (NBI).

Roads closed:

Localized section of the L7591 Bogesky Road from its junction with the L7592 to its junction with the L75912.

Alternative routes:

From Bogesky Road, Via R165 Cavan - Bailieborough Road to Grousehall, Via L3545 New Inn Road to Bogesky Road and vice versa.

Local access only will be accommodated.

Any objection to the above road closure, should addressed in writing to the undersigned no later than 5pm on Wednesday 16th October 2024.
